We are seeking a highly independent Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of AI-powered systems. The ideal candidate is versatile, comfortable managing projects end-to-end, thrives under tight deadlines, and can dedicate extensive hours (40+ hours per week) when necessary to deliver cutting-edge, user-centric solutions. Your role will bridge backend robustness and engaging frontend experiences, enabling our products to stand out in a competitive AI landscape. You are designing an app that must scale to hundreds of thousands of users while delivering a seamless UX experience. Requirements: • Must have extensive experience building large-scale applications, scaling into the tens to hundreds of thousands of users • Must have extensive experience designing scalable system architecture and database schemas • Must have extensive experience building web apps with NextJS and TailwindCSS, rendering data from the backend • Must have an understanding of IAM and best cloud architecture practices and design patterns • Experience with LLM technology. While you will not be overseeing the scaling of AI inference, you will be implementing the actual use cases, such as real-time audio conversation • Experience moving quickly in start-up environments Good to Haves: • Thinking outside the box, both to save on costs and to challenge requirements if you believe it can be done better a different way • Experience with Langchain, vector databases, and RAG • Experience with Voice AI technology • Experience leading a project from the ground up Tech Stack (excluding AI infrastructure): • Frontend: NextJS, Tailwind, ShadCN-UI • Backend: NextJS, PrismaDB, Pinecone (Vector Database) • Hosting: GCP/AWS/Azure
