Beach2U Rentals is a hybrid e-commerce business specializing in beach gear rentals and deliveries in Maui. We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to analyze our WooCommerce-based website, Beach2U.com, and provide expert recommendations to improve our conversion rates. As a CRO expert, you will conduct a comprehensive audit of our site, identifying friction points in the customer journey, checkout process, and user experience. Your goal is to help us increase bookings, reduce drop-offs, and optimize our sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Conduct a detailed CRO audit of Beach2U.com • Analyze user behavior, heatmaps, and customer journeys • Identify barriers to conversions and recommend actionable improvements • Evaluate site speed, mobile responsiveness, and UX/UI design • Assess checkout flow and cart abandonment issues • Provide insights on A/B testing opportunities and best practices • Suggest optimizations for product pages, CTAs, and trust signals • Offer strategies for remarketing and abandoned cart recovery Requirements: • Proven experience in e-commerce CRO, preferably with WooCommerce and WordPress • Strong understanding of user behavior analytics and CRO tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Lucky Orange, etc.) • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for conversion-driven design • Ability to provide data-backed recommendations with clear implementation steps • Experience in hybrid business models (e-commerce + service-based) is a plus How to Apply: If you’re an expert in conversion optimization and can help us turn visitors into paying customers, we’d love to hear from you!
