Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our existing SaaS platform's user interface, including user flows, navigation patterns, and overall design system Provide detailed analysis identifying pain points, usability issues, and areas for improvement in the current interface Develop a clear proposal outlining recommended changes, implementation approach, and estimated timeline Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate proposed design solutions Collaborate with our development team to ensure feasibility of proposed design changes Guide the implementation of approved design changes, ensuring consistency across the platform Lead usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and gather user feedback
