[Summary] We are seeking a skilled Designer to design & develop a website with integrated AI Chatbot features. This role involves creating an engaging and functional online presence for a startup specializing in AI claims technology. [General information] VA Claims Companion is an AI-powered platform designed to assist veterans with navigating the VA claims process. Our platform provides structured guidance, AI-powered chatbot support, and document organization tools to streamline claim preparation, helping veterans in the US get the benefits they deserve without delays or confusion. Chatbase (https://www.chatbase.co/) is currently being used and a lot of the Q&A and flow have already been implemented. [Tasks & Deliverables] - The project includes the development of a responsive website and a mobile web application that integrates AI chatbot assistance, claim tracking, and document management. - The goal is to create an intuitive, secure, and accessible platform that empowers veterans to manage their claims with ease. - The features to be developed include: - **AI-Powered Chatbot**: Provides real-time guidance on VA claims, required documents, and procedural steps. - **Claim Tracking & Notifications**: Helps users monitor claim progress and receive updates. - **Secure Document Upload & Organization**: Veterans can store and manage important claim-related documents. - **VA Forms & Resources Database**: Easy access to official VA forms with direct download links. - **Mobile-First UX**: Optimized for smartphones and tablets with a seamless user experience. - **Secure User Authentication**: Firebase authentication for secure login and data protection. - **Payment & Subscription Integration**: Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for premium users. - Integrate AI Chatbot features developed on Chatbase to enhance user engagement and service delivery. - Ensure seamless user experience and functionality across all devices. - Collaborate with the client to align the website design with business goals and branding.
