Job Description: We're looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to join our growing digital agency team. Most projects will involve custom website designs, primarily built in WordPress and Webflow, and will be quoted and billed on a per-project basis. We value clear communication, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines. Responsibilities: • Create user-friendly and visually appealing website designs • Develop wireframes and prototypes based on client specifications • Design effectively in Photoshop and Figma • Collaborate closely with developers and project managers • Present ideas and designs clearly and effectively • Understand and implement best practices for user journeys, including eCommerce • Be available for regular communication and project updates • Attend client meetings virtually as needed What we’re looking for: • Proven UI/UX design experience (portfolio required) • Experience designing for WordPress, Webflow, and similar CMS platforms • Proficiency in Photoshop and Figma • Excellent communication skills • Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices and user journey mapping • Reliability and responsiveness • Competitive pricing for ongoing, recurring work • Must be comfortable with on-camera video conferencing interviews • Willingness to attend client meetings when required • Ability to white-label services under our agency (not act as an independent provider) How we work: • Most jobs will be project-based contracts with clearly defined scopes and pricing agreed upfront. • Quick turnaround and clear timelines are important to our clients and our agency. • Opportunities for long-term partnership with consistent recurring projects.
