Looking for Ebay API expert with VB /MS SQL Server knowledge to Tweak and Maintain Win 11 custom App

I have a standalone application “ABC” running on my Win 11 computer. This app is written in VB and calls various Ebay APIs. Main function of “ABC” is to processes data received from Ebay, send email (if needed) and store data in local Microsoft SQL Server database. This app requires once in a few years tweaking due to eBay's APIs and policy changes, Etc. I’m looking to hire an Ebay API expert to correct few issues in this app right now and to be a reliable contact for future maintenance/enhancements. Developer must be an Ebay APIs EXPERT and be proficient in VB and Microsoft SQL Server. Further details and scope of this project as well as monitory compensation for work will need to be discussed verbally.
