This job will involve taking a website template our company has designed and entering client data (which you will be provided, typically in a structured PDF format, but sometimes in the form of an existing website for data migration) into it to complete a client's website. All our clients are in the same industry (agricultural retailers) and will use the same starting template, which will have the client's data and brand standards filled in by you. You will be provided with a comprehensive, step-by-step video that our team manager has recorded on what tasks need to be done for the website to be considered completed. The majority of the work will be using the gutenberg editor to fill in data and custom fields that have already been established. You will not frequently need to create custom fields, and you will not need to complete manual programming tasks. Some pages will be edited with Elementor. The websites you will be completing are informational only, and NOT e-commerce, reducing complexity. The sorts of work that will need to be done: - Selecting, editing, cropping, and WEBP converting images for the website. - Creating internal pages on the website for the retail departments, services, specials, locations, and events, etc, and entering client text and image data using the Gutenberg editor which populates into an Elementor template for custom post types we've established. - Some pages will need to be edited with Elementor on the website, but it will largely just be entering data into existing sections or creating new, minor sections. - Browsing the web to select brand logos or stock images and cleaning them up and uploading them to the website. - Once the website is completed, completing items on a launch checklist, like setups with Google Analytics, and other post-launch configuration tasks which will be provided. Coding experience will not be required. In the off chance that additional small code snippets are needed, you will be provided with a ChatGPT Plus subscription to use reasoning LLM models to create this code. Projects will be delivered for your completion as we sell them, with anywhere from 1-8 projects per month. One website should take around 10-20 hours in most cases based on our previous data. Overall, this job is entry-level difficulty, and generally anyone who can precisely follow directions from a video and/or written document with basic web design or development knowledge should be able to complete these jobs.
