Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Store Manager to oversee and optimize our online shop, ensuring smooth operations, maximizing sales, and enhancing the customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Shopify store management, conversion optimization, and eCommerce marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Shopify Store Management: Maintain and update the online store, ensuring product listings, collections, and pages are accurate and visually compelling. - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to enhance user experience, improve checkout flows, and increase sales. - SEO & Content Optimization: Optimize product pages and site structure for better search visibility and organic traffic growth. - Promotional Campaigns & Product Launches: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute sales, promotions, and new product drops. - Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination: Manage stock levels, oversee fulfillment processes, and troubleshoot order-related issues. - Customer Experience & Support: Ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience while addressing customer inquiries or concerns. - Analytics & Reporting: Track store performance using Shopify reports, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools to make data-driven decisions. - Email & SMS Marketing Coordination: Work alongside the marketing team to develop automated email flows and SMS campaigns that drive engagement and repeat purchases. Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience managing an eCommerce store (Shopify preferred). - Strong knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and digital marketing strategies. - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Klaviyo (or similar email platforms), and Shopify apps. - Experience working with fulfillment centers and inventory management tools. - A passion for sober living, addiction recovery, or mental wellness is a huge plus. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
