Custom Web Development - Particular Cellar Co. ________________________________________ Project Overview We’re looking for an experienced WordPress developer to finalize a custom plugin that connects our WordPress site with XoroSoft (ERP) and supports an e-commerce storefront for selling wines. Our previous freelancer completed about 70% of the project, and we need someone to: ● Understand the existing development and documentation ● Complete the remaining plugin capabilities ● Refine and polish the storefront experience We will provide detailed technical documentation of what has been built so far if approved. ________________________________________ Detailed Project Scope Storefront Development ● Ensure storefront styles and layouts align with our design guidelines ● Implement payment integration ● Display price information and images for items in both Wishlist and Sales Order forms The storefront will include 2 shopping experiences: Wishlist Model Functionality ● Items on the wishlist storefront appear by WordPress Dashboard/admin panel pages for manual adding campaign tags and calling Wishlist items ● Consumers add items to a Wishlist from manually assigned campaign tags in XoroSoft ● Wishlist items and quantities are submitted as a Sales Order (SO) ● The SO is sent to XoroSoft, where our team can approve, edit, or reject items ● Once updated in XoroSoft, the order is sent back to WordPress ● WooCommerce should trigger an email notification to the consumer Remaining Development: ● Ensure custom plug in development thus far is working correctly ● Implement email triggers based on user updates ● Ensure price and image data are included in Wishlist and Sales Order views Allocation Model Functionality ● Item of the allocation model storefront appear by Sales Order Custom Post Type with item details for each individual user based on user email ● Sales Order/Allocation model display/form on frontend. ● PCC creates wine bundles and assigns them to users based on User ID in XoroSoft ● Only users with the matching User ID can see their allocated items ● Users can adjust quantities or decline items before submitting ● Orders sync back to XoroSoft via the custom plugin Remaining Development: ● Implement order confirmation updates (client has reference examples) ● Ensure product images appear correctly in the order views ________________________________________ Developer Requirements We’re looking for a developer with experience in: ● Custom-built WordPress plugins ● WordPress Custom Post Types ● Webhooks, specifically in WordPress ● Third-party API integration with WordPress ● WooCommerce development and checkout customization
