Job Posting: Contractor – Follow Up Boss (FUB) Integration & Lead Flow Setup Project Overview Realty One of New Mexico, the state's largest and most productive brokerage, is launching R1 Real Estate Broker Match™, a system designed to connect buyers and sellers with the right broker. Our website provider, Luxury Presence, is handling the landing page development. We now need an experienced Follow Up Boss (FUB) specialist to configure the lead intake process, automate lead tagging and routing, and ensure seamless data integration from our website’s buyer/seller questionnaire. Once the system is set up, our internal team will manage it moving forward. Scope of Work 1️⃣ Lead Intake Form & Follow Up Boss (FUB) Integration Ensure automatic submission of all form entries from the landing page into Follow Up Boss (FUB) Configure custom fields in FUB to capture key buyer and seller details Tag and categorize leads correctly (e.g., Buyer vs. Seller, Requested Services, Location) Set up lead routing rules to match leads with the most suitable brokers If direct FUB integration is unavailable, configure automation via Zapier 2️⃣ Lead Tracking & Analytics Setup Set up Google Analytics to track lead conversions Implement Facebook Pixel for ad retargeting Ensure lead tracking data flows correctly into reporting tools 3️⃣ Testing & Finalization Test the lead submission process to confirm correct routing into Follow Up Boss Verify lead tagging, routing, and tracking functionality Provide basic documentation or a video walkthrough for our team Skills & Experience Required: ✔ Proven experience building real estate landing pages ✔ Expertise in Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms ✔ Follow Up Boss (FUB) integration experience is REQUIRED ✔ Experience working with Luxury Presence websites is a PLUS ✔ Familiarity with Zapier for automation (if needed) ✔ Strong knowledge of Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel tracking Project Timeline & Payment: Start Date: ASAP Completion: 1-2 weeks preferred Budget: TBD (open to proposals) How to Apply: Submit a proposal with: Your experience with real estate landing pages & CRM integrations (Follow Up Boss preferred).
