We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Mobile Developer to join as a founding team member, helping us launch our MVP in Q2 2025 and scale into a high-growth platform. What We’re Building We’re launching an MVP in Q2 2025 that makes gifting effortless and engaging, with features like wishlist creation, personalized video gift messages, scheduling, and gamified elements. Our 2025 roadmap includes exciting expansions like group gifting, sentiment tracking, and retailer integrations, paving the way for rapid user adoption and growth. Tech Stack: Node.js (backend), Firebase (Firestore, Realtime, Cloud Functions), React Native (frontend), APIs (Tremendous, OpenAI, Cloudinary, Canva, Amazon/Walmart). Your Role You’ll be a key technical lead, responsible for: Building & launching the MVP (Node.js, Firebase, React Native) with core gifting features and API integrations. Scaling the platform—enhancing real-time engagement and optimizing Firebase for growth. Deploying and iterating post-launch, ensuring a seamless user experience as we scale. Time Commitment (Q1-Q4 2025): MVP Phase (Q1): 8-week sprint (March-May) to launch core features. Growth Phase (Q2-Q3): Expanding the platform and refining UX. Bonus: Laravel/MySQL familiarity for transitioning existing components. Compensation & Commitment Equity: 1-2% ownership, vesting over 4 years.
