Monday.com Configurator

Today, we use Monday.com to track about 100 independent projects. Now we want to use Monday.com for a quarterly planning process to plan which projects will be started or continued for the coming quarter. In many cases the project information for planning is already in Monday.com. In other cases, it is not in Monday.com and we need to add the information (not a big deal). We want your help to configure Monday.com to (1) add new data to collect for each project (2) build views or online reports to view only the data needed for planning that is input for each project.
