Introduction Food Revolution Network (FRN) is a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering individuals to make sustainable, healthy, and ethical food choices. Our Whole Life Club (WLC) is a subscription-based membership platform offering resources, education, and community support to help members transition to and sustain a plant-based lifestyle. We are seeking an experienced UX/UI design partner to redesign and enhance WLC 2.0, ensuring an intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experience. This platform is at the heart of FRN’s ecosystem and serves as a critical tool for empowering members to make impactful, sustainable choices for themselves and the planet. 2. Project Overview Objective: The goal of this project is to redesign and enhance the user experience and interface of WLC 2.0. The redesign should focus on improving usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction while maintaining alignment with our brand guidelines. Scope of Work: The selected design partner will be responsible for the following: Analyze user research and analysis to identify pain points and opportunities. Creating user personas, journey maps, and wireframes. Develop a modern, responsive design for desktop and mobile platforms. Designing high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Collaborating with our product and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical constraints. Delivering a comprehensive and scalable design system, including UI components, typography, color palettes, and iconography. Ensure the platform meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. Providing support during the implementation phase to ensure design integrity. Key Deliverables: User research findings and recommendations. Wireframes and user flow diagrams. High-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes. A scalable design system. Final design assets and documentation. 3. Requirements Design Expertise: Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work for tech startups or similar industries. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent. Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles. Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively. Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Understanding of design-to-development handoff processes. 4.
