Expert Web Developer for Summer Camp Registration Piotnet Form Update

We are looking for a skilled web developer with experience in Piotnet Forms and payment integrations to assist with updating a summer camp registration form for our client. We currently have an online registration form built using Piotnet Forms which collects registration information and calculates payment for the Huckleberry summer camp. The form allows you to choose the number of children, add names, and select which weeks they are attending camp. When you get to the end, it calculates the total due, with links to PayPal to make the payment. We need to: 1) update the dates on the registration form to reflect Huckleberry's 2025 camp dates 2) add a 2nd summer camp option (called ACE camp) with dates. The 2nd (NEW) summer camp is only available for ages 11-13, however the huckleberry camp is available for ages 5-12. I dont know if there is a way for the program to not allow registrations for the ACE camp for anyone under age 11. If not we can put it in bold next to each ACE camp date. The goal is for someone to be able to sign their kid up for dates for Huckleberry Camp and/or Ace Camp. They can mix and match (3 weeks at one camp and 3 weeks at another). Each camp date has a cost associated with it that will be totaled at the end. There is also a one-time registration fee. Key tasks: Add Camp #1 2025 dates Add the (new) Camp #2 dates onto the existing registration form. Implement a way for parents to register for both camps (with the option to mix and match weeks) at the same time Set up costs for each camp. Ensure the registration form only allows registrations for Camp #2 for children aged 11-13 (if possible) Camps have a registration limit and should not be able to accept any more registrations if full. Maintain the ability for users to pay via PayPal after registration. Ensure that the one-time registration fee covers both camps. Experience in integrating payment gateways like PayPal. Ability to update and modify registration forms to handle multiple camp options. This is a time-sensitive project, and we need to begin work in the next week to allow for testing and any necessary changes before the March 1st go-live date.
