As a Senior Front-End React Developer, you will focus on UI/UX implementation, responsive design, and front-end architecture, working closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for translating design mockups into fully functional and high-performance React applications while following best practices and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end applications using React. Optimize UI performance and ensure seamless, interactive user experiences. Work closely with designers to translate mockups into functional web applications. Implement responsive and accessible designs to ensure compatibility across devices and browsers. Maintain front-end architecture and ensure best practices in performance, security, and maintainability. Collaborate with the back-end team to integrate APIs and enhance front-end interactions. Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on reusability and scalability. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Front-End development and contribute to continuous improvement. Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team growth. Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in Front-End development with React. Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Context API. Familiarity with component-based architecture and reusable UI components. Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) or utility-based frameworks like TailwindCSS. Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services. Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel. Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques for front-end applications. Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA). Familiarity with unit and integration testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred but not required). Nice-to-Have Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation. Knowledge of TypeScript. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployments.
