Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet the unique needs of K-12 educators and students. Your designs will shape the future of AI-driven educational tools, ensuring ease of use and accessibility for all users. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centered interfaces for the Colleague AI platform. Conduct user research and usability testing with K-12 teachers and students to inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, and user needs. Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive for diverse user groups. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts. Stay updated on design trends, especially within the edtech and AI spaces, to continuously enhance our platform. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in edtech or SaaS platforms. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, including research, wireframes, and final designs. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD. Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in UX. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for education and creating impactful tools for teachers and students.
