US Citizens Only. We are currently looking for an individual to join our development team. We are NOT looking to hire an agency or someone who passes along the work. You must do and be responsible for ALL the work assigned. We are in need of apart/full developer that can be a part of our team. For the foreseeable future it will be full time, and likely stay that way but its possible in many months from now you could have a week (rarely) that was only 35-30 hours.. You must be available during business hours (9-5pm CST) Monday through Friday. Your responsibilities will include: - Customizing themes built by us (using hard code - no elementor etc..) - Building web pages from copy provided to you - Fixing bugs across a large variety of sites, all are wordpress. - Running SEMRush audits and fixing any problems - Completing tasks provided to you on a daily basis - Google PageSpeed (Lighthouse) performance optimizations The skills you must possess are: * Understanding of WordPress and all of its' related functions * Understanding of how to build WordPress plugins * Understanding of how to build WordPress themes * Understanding of how to modify WordPress PHP template files * Understanding of how to modify function.php files with ease * Understanding of how to style elements manually * Understanding of how to use a standard HTML editor * Understanding of how to write custom scripts The coding languages that you should be fluent in are: + JQuery + JavaScript + HTML + CSS (Very advanced) + PHP (Very advanced) + WordPress API If you are looking for an unlimited amount of work and are looking to join a team of likeminded developers, please reach out and we can have a call to chat.
