Lumiflow AI – an early-stage B2B SaaS startup in the generative AI space – is seeking a part-time GTM Marketing Specialist (approximately 2–5 hours per week). This role is tactical and requires a hands-on marketer to help execute our go-to-market plan in close collaboration with the founders. Responsibilities include: refining our LinkedIn presence (company and founder profiles), iterating on outbound messaging (cold email templates and LinkedIn outreach messages), setting up drip email sequences and prospecting best practices, assisting with sales collateral (sales deck polish and a short product demo video), developing a value messaging table (mapping product value to customer pain points), and co-authoring a brief monthly blog post or newsletter. Requirements: Experience in B2B SaaS marketing – you know how to craft messaging and content that resonates with business customers. Strong written communication skills for creating outreach copy and value prop messaging. Familiarity with startup GTM execution (lead generation, outbound campaigns, content marketing basics) is important. Knowledge of GenAI or AI products is a plus (you’ll be marketing to companies building AI products, so understanding the landscape helps). You should be independent, proactive, and able to turn around copy/docs quickly with input from our team.
