Organization – CPAC Start date: April 1, 2025 - September 2025 primary End date: November 2025 Election. (End date subject to change based upon primary outcome) Fund Raising Required $10.000 - $15,000.00 Responsibilities Must be extremely adept at development of day-to-day campaign operations, strategy and including development of themes, website, and all social media campaigns, must have the ability to network with local media to increase campaign awareness, and raise all necessary funding to support all campaign efforts and needs. Assist and prepare candidate for interactions with the media, write and rehearse candidate for debates and all oral interactions with the public and community. Prepare and distribute literature via door-to-door contact through city-wide, placement of flyers, door knockers, banners, signs, and all materials associated with the campaign advertisement. Prepare and distribute information relative to hosting at least 5 campaign fund raisers that generate funding substantial enough to carry all campaign efforts from April to September 2025 primary and onto November 2025 election. Incorporate local business into campaign strategy. Use all citywide events as campaign awareness and advertisement opportunities. Ability to contact 14,000 individuals via telephone, robocalls, email and text messaging. Maintain data base of contacts, recruit volunteers on an on-going basis and organize all campaign efforts. Qualifications At least B. A. in management must have previously won at least 3 to 4 political campaigns in the area within a reasonable amount of time. Ability to manage difficult situations and a campaign where the field of candidates may be excessive. Must have quality time management skills, be punctual and responsive to all travel needs of the campaign.
