Description: We’re a $300M+ wealth management firm scaling toward $3B. Our clients are high-net-worth business owners, professionals, and families who expect clarity, discretion, and performance. We need a Creative Lead to own how our firm looks, sounds, and communicates with an emphasis on precise, high impact copy. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape the brand’s voice, polish all external materials, and ghostwrite at a high level for all brand assets. This Role Is Part Ghostwriter, part brand strategist, part operator. What You’ll Do: Write and refine the firm’s brand tone — sharp, confident, clean Ghostwrite founder-level LinkedIn posts, client communications, short-form insights Elevate and organize materials: proposals, PDFs, reports, client welcome kits Collaborate with a designer (or direct one) to ensure visuals match the tone Build simple systems: tone guides, slide templates, asset libraries You Might Be a Fit If You: Ghostwrite for founders, advisors, or VCs Can turn voice notes or bullet points into clean, client-ready assets Understand how to speak to high-net-worth clients — with clarity, not hype Care about details, speed, and tone more than likes or vanity metrics Have experience shaping a brand, not just making things look pretty Project Scope: Part-time to start: ~10–15 hours/week Ongoing work if there’s a fit You’ll interface directly with the owner — fast turnaround and full trust Compensation: $4,000–$8,000/month (based on experience and structure) To Stand Out, Please Include: 2–3 writing samples (LinkedIn posts, decks, emails — founder-style voice preferred), does not need to be specific to this job.
