We’ve helped generate hundreds of millions in revenue for our clients over the years, and we’re scaling up for another growth spurt. It’s going to be, well… awesome. As part of this new chapter, we’re looking for an organic social media specialist to help our clients show up, stand out, and stay relevant organically. This isn’t about churning out posts just to check a box. We need content that plays the algorithm, earns attention, builds trust, and adds actual value. What You’ll Do: • Create scroll-stopping organic content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Take existing content (blog posts, videos, newsletters, etc.) and repurpose it into high-performing organic posts • Follow our frameworks and SOPs, but bring your own creative flair to the table • Write captions that actually make people stop and engage • Help us test new formats and trends—we want to be early, not late Who You Are: • You get how social platforms actually work (you’ve probably read the blog post on our site about this) • You’re a student of the algorithm—curious, experimental, and not afraid to break a few eggs to find what works • You understand that organic content is a long game—but when done right, it compounds like Apple stock in ‘94 • Bonus points if you’ve got light design chops or can clip/edit short-form video (but not required) The Details: • We’re fully remote (and have been since the before times) • U.S.-based preferred • Looking for someone who can start immediately and grow with us long-term • Consistent monthly work (this isn’t a one-and-done gig) • Must have a sense of humor—no robots or corporate vibes here We’re building the most honest, most effective, and most fun agency in the world.
