Need an editor / reporter for a new daily sports newsletter

We're a sports media company launching a new general interest sports newsletter. We are looking for a editor / reporter to lead the newsletter (3-5x per week) in curating, writing, and managing engaging sports content. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly aggregate and summarize content from around the internet, and have a background in journalism, newsletters, writing and a deep passion for sports. Key Responsibilities: Plan, write, and edit a compelling sports newsletters covering breaking news, game analysis, player spotlights, and industry trends across multiple sports. Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of newsletters. Analyze audience engagement metrics and optimize content based on insights. Stay updated on major sports events, leagues, and emerging trends.
