We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to bring the magic of Unicorn World to life on Instagram and Facebook! This role is all about crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience, based on what the data shows works—not just posting for the sake of it. This role is for managing our ORGANIC content. We do not need help with paid advertising. Job requirements Creating engaging content to share to Unicorn World’s Instagram and Facebook accounts. Engaging equates to what the data shows has worked or is working to engage our existing audience and reach new audiences. It does not equate to posting for the sake of posting. Creating a biweekly or monthly content calendar to share with Lauren for review and approval. Asking customers for permission to use content and pulling that content into our customer photos folder. Resharing content on the weekend of events. Curating our highlights section on Instagram. Monitoring and responding to inbox and comments on a weekly basis. Creating Facebook events for each new city that launches. If you love social media, analytics, and all things magical, this role is for you!
