I’m a Brand Designer and Creative Director, and I’m looking for a reliable, proactive assistant to help with marketing and content creation—especially video content for social media. This is a part-time, remote role that’s perfect for someone who loves Instagram and TikTok, is highly organized, and enjoys creating content without needing to be micromanaged. You’ll help create, edit, and schedule short-form video content using assets I provide (like screen recordings, photos, or in-progress projects), and you’ll also be encouraged to pitch your own ideas and post independently. We’ll start with a 1-week paid trial to make sure we’re a good fit. If things go well, this could turn into a long-term freelance or part-time role, with opportunities to grow alongside the business. ⸻ ✅ What You’ll Help With: • Creating and editing Reels and TikToks from assets I provide • Developing and scheduling content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Managing email newsletters (via Flodesk) • Light content creation using templates (Canva, etc.) • Light Patreon admin tasks (formatting/scheduling) • Optional: resizing images or assisting with simple design tasks ⸻
