## Job Title: Government RFP Proposal & Grant Writing Expert (U.S. Citizens Only, Native English Speakers) ## Job Description: We are actively seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional to assist with crafting winning government contract proposals and grant submissions in response to federal (SAM.gov), state, and local solicitations. The ideal candidate will: - Be a U.S. Citizen (required) and speak native-level English (required). - Have a proven, verifiable track record of successfully writing, submitting, and winning federal, state, and local RFPs, RFQs, and grants. - Be deeply familiar with SAM.gov solicitations, procurement processes, and compliance requirements. - Have the ability to create templates, repeatable systems, and proposal frameworks that allow for efficient and professional submissions on an ongoing basis. - Be strategic and resourceful in navigating government contracting requirements and deadlines. - Have experience analyzing solicitation documents and gathering the necessary information to build a complete and competitive response. ## Key Responsibilities: - Review open solicitations (federal, state, local) and assess fit. - Develop and write compliant, high-quality proposal submissions. - Collaborate with our internal team to gather required documents and details. - Help us build a repeatable, streamlined process for future submissions. - Monitor solicitation schedules and help us stay ahead of key deadlines. ## Requirements: - U.S. Citizen (verification required). - Native English speaker. - Minimum 3 years of experience writing successful government RFP proposals and grants. - Demonstrated understanding of federal (SAM.gov), state, and local contract procedures. - Strong attention to detail, writing, and organization skills. ## Optional but preferred: - Experience in writing proposals for technology, marketing, or professional services contracts. - Familiarity with small business certifications and related contracting advantages (WOSB, SDVOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, etc.). ## Why Work With Us?
