We are seeking an experienced lesson designer / writer to develop an engaging social studies lessons and activities for 3rd graders in Canva. You will use Chatgpt to create age-appropriate articles about given topics. Then use Canva to design slides for teachers to lead lesson with both the articles and any additional age-appropriate videos about the topic. You will then create a separate student slide deck in Canva with fill in the blank, drag and drop or multiple choice activities to practice and learn the content taught. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of educational standards and be able to create lesson plans, activities, and assessments that promote critical thinking and active learning. This project aims to create a curriculum that is both informative and enjoyable for young learners. They will have strong Canva skills.
