We are seeking skilled writers to craft engaging, original narratives based on SCP entities from the SCP Foundation Database. Each story should be around 5,000 words and should follow the SCP Foundation’s established lore while introducing unique, gripping narratives that translate well into audio format. Requirements: - Experience writing interesting mystery / detective / thriller stories. - A strong understanding of English and excellent storytelling abilities. - Ability to deliver high-quality, original content on a regular basis (minimum 1 story per week). Compensation & Contract Terms: - Rate: $0.05 per word (approx. $250 per 5,000-word story). - We only pay for high-quality, usable stories that meet our standards. If a submission does not meet expectations, we will not compensate for it. - This is a long-term opportunity for writers who consistently deliver exceptional work. However, if story quality declines, we will not continue the contract. What to Include in Your Proposal: - A brief introduction about your writing experience. - A 500-word sample showcasing the beginning of an SCP-based story of your choice. You may select any SCP entity from the SCP Foundation Database. Don’t worry if it cuts off—we understand it’s just a sample. If your sample meets our standards, we will reach out to discuss the next steps.
