Role Overview We are seeking a talented Organic Video Content Creator (OVCC) to capture and produce compelling video content featuring our client Toledano Academy: Relationship Architect. This role will initially be temporary, starting with a testing phase to ensure mutual fit before potentially extending to a longer engagement. The ideal candidate will not only film content but also collaborate with Rabbi Toledano to direct sessions that capture authentic moments while maximizing engagement potential for social media platforms. This role will further include editing these videos for social media content, as well as reviewing past videos and finding quality segments to fulfill any other needs for targeting different audiences. Time Commitment: - Testing Phase: 1-2 recording sessions (approximately 2-3 hours each) - Upon Approval: Weekly filming sessions (approximately 3-4 hours) - Additional time required for content editing, breaking down clips into multiple posts, and preparing content packages for the following week Responsibilities: - Plan and execute filming sessions with Rabbi David Toledano in the Los Angeles area - Direct content creation to align with current social media trends and best practices - Capture high-quality video and audio using professional equipment (own equipment preferred) - Edit raw footage into engaging short-form content optimized for various social platforms - Create hooks and compelling content pieces that will drive engagement - Collaborate with the Growth Wizard team to align content with overall marketing strategy - Stay current on social media trends and platform-specific content requirements Qualifications: - Located in the Los Angeles area with ability to travel to filming locations - Experience with video production, filming, and editing - Marketing experience (preferred) - Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends - Creative direction skills and ability to guide on-camera talent - Proficiency with video editing software - Portfolio demonstrating video content creation (social media content preferred) - Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team - College or high school student looking to build portfolio preferred - Available for weekly filming sessions and content delivery About Growth Wizard Growth Wizard is a dynamic marketing company dedicated to helping businesses and individuals amplify their online presence.
