Description:

This position is for someone with experience updating and re-optimizing blog content. You should have SEO experience, feel comfortable working within brand guidelines, and understand content optimization best practices. Our blog covers SEO topics, including in-the-weeds technical SEO as well as more broad topics like ranking strategies, content advice, etc. I'll provide you with a Google doc with instructions, a link to Surfer SEO, and a list of the target keywords. You'll use Surfer SEO to improve content optimization, update outdated information, and add content as needed. Then, you'll paste your work back into the provided doc. Again, because the blog you'll be working on is all about SEO, you need a good understanding of SEO for this position, as well as writing chops. To be considered, include a link to your content portfolio or attach some pieces you've written.
