Estimates for the 2025 Step Up to College Guide project management are due by February 28, 2025. Background For thirty-five years, Heights Philadelphia has published the Step Up to College Guide, a college-going resource for high school students, families, and youth-serving professionals. Last year, 35,000 copies of the Step Up to College Guide were distributed to schools and community based organizations across Philadelphia. Estimates should include the following, I-II I. Itemized list of costs per service; see below for detailed information. A. Drafting new or updated content B. Other editing and revision, including infographics C. Securing sponsors D. General project management and workflow coordination II. Comparable work sample Project Timeline Project start: May 1, 2025 Project completion: October 1, 2025 Please provide estimates for each of the following services required. A. Drafting new or updated content - Correspond with students for “How I Found My Fit” section - Correspond with students for “Why College” spread - Integrate feedback from subject matter experts - Draft additional content updates - Research college admissions trends and updates in college admissions processes B. Other editing and revision, including infographics - Three to four rounds of editing, fact-checking and revision C. Securing sponsors - Solicit and correspond with sponsors - Solicit ads, logos and photos from sponsors - Coordinate and confirm sponsor assets prior to publication - Coordinate sponsor collateral - Invoice sponsors - Additional sponsor follow-up D. General project management and workflow coordination - Includes distribution assistance
