Practivated is on a mission to help fundraisers get better by doing — not just learning. We’re building a platform where fundraisers practice real conversations, refine their ask, and show up confident. Think Duolingo meets real-world fundraising. We’re looking for a part-time Performance Marketing Manager (10–20 hrs/week to start) who can grow with us and potentially transition into a full-time hire. You’ll own demand generation and build qualified pipeline through a mix of smart outbound, content-led nurture, and continuous experimentation. What you'll do: Write email copy and landing pages that convert Build and launch multi-step nurture and outbound campaigns Test and optimize campaigns to drive demo bookings Track MQLs, demos, and engagement — and iterate based on results Partner closely with the founder on messaging and audience targeting What we're looking for: 1–3 years of demand gen, growth marketing, or performance marketing experience Bonus if you’ve worked in early-stage startups or scrappy agencies Someone who wants to own a number (not just “do marketing”) Great copywriting skills and a strong bias for action Curious, data-savvy, and motivated by results Details: Initial scope: 10–20 hours/week Hourly rate: Open to proposals, aligned to a full-time $70–80K base range Potential: This role could grow into a full-time hire (with bonus + equity) Location: Remote (US time zones preferred, but open) Why now: We’re just getting started.
