Overview: We’re a video production agency with high-end capabilities — our team includes top-tier DPs, directors, editors, and creatives who can execute campaigns on par with major brands (think “Jake from State Farm” or “Snickers: You’re Not You When You’re Hungry”). But we’re currently a scrappy, underdog agency in need of structure and strategy. We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Strategist / Brand Strategist who can: • Help us craft offers that speak to small businesses now — while helping us position for large-scale, big-budget campaigns in the future. • Build case studies and digital campaign plans that demonstrate ROI and transformation for clients. • Serve as the strategic brain in partnership with our creative team — we execute, you guide the blueprint. Your Role: You will be our go-to partner for: • Defining the service offerings we take to market (not just a single video, but a smart bundle of content, strategy, and creative or whatever digital assets deemed necessary based on client needs) • Creating pitch decks and digital asset strategies for small businesses (especially local or emerging brands) • Helping shape case studies that speak to client wins (before/after results) • Advising on how to leverage smaller clients to appeal to larger brands down the line • Aligning our agency’s strengths with actual market demand Who You Are: • You’ve worked inside an agency or consultancy that builds offers and strategy for clients • You know how to turn a creative team into a revenue-driving service • You’re able to speak business and creative — a strategist with a creative soul • You’ve helped position brands or agencies from “under-the-radar” to “industry-ready” • Ideally familiar with small biz marketing, creative campaigns, paid content, or content that drives real-world engagement Compensation: We’re open to the following: • Flat rate per strategy / campaign buildout • Hybrid compensation: Retainer + Commission or Bonus (if strategy leads to revenue or client win) • Equity or revenue share possible as we grow What We’re Not Looking For: This is not just a creative director or content creator role.
