Segmentation and targeting: Develop and implement segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups effectively. Content creation: Collaborate with the content team and designers to create engaging and relevant email content, including copywriting and design. A/B testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance and improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies. Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Competitive intelligence: Utilize tools like Milled and Really Good Emails to gather insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices. Fortune 500-level creativity: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that reflect the high standards and innovative approaches seen in Fortune 500 companies. UX and form testing: Understand user experience (UX) principles and test email submission forms on the website to ensure they function correctly and that emails are properly ingested into the Klaviyo platform. Flow optimization: A/B test email flows to ensure high conversion rates and sales, continuously refining strategies based on performance data. Requirements: Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns, with proficiency in the Klaviyo platform. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and strategies. Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms, particularly Klaviyo. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Collaborative skills: Ability to work effectively with designers and other team members to produce high-quality creative content. UX knowledge: Understanding of user experience principles and ability to test and troubleshoot email submission forms.
