Looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to manage and optimize or ad campaigns for lead generation and conversations and sales and conversions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Google search, Display and Local service Ads with the expertise in keyword researc. bid strategy ad copywriting A/B testing and conversion tracking. Experience with landing page optimization and Google Analytics is a plus. Responsibilities:     •    Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns     •    Conduct keyword research and implement bid strategies     •    Monitor performance metrics and provide reports     •    Optimize ads for higher CTR and lower CPC     •    Implement tracking (GA4, conversion tracking, call tracking) Requirements:     •    Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns     •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills     •    Ability to increase conversions and optimize ad spend     •    Knowledge of Google Ads policies and best practices This is a remote, long-term opportunity with room for growth.
