Looking for a US-licensed attorney with experience in email compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.). Please provide your state of licensure, bar number, and relevant experience in your proposal. **** About the Project: We are sending out a small number of cold emails per week at 75/week to US business email addresses from my own business email address. We are not pitching solicitations but collaborations in multiple ways on a key area of care that is underserved. We are not sending multiple emails--only one initial informative email with clear intent and some outlined suggestions for collaboration--that people can respond to if they have interest (and they do). We are sending this out from HubSpot with my business mailing address and Opt In/Opt Out compliance features from HubSpot that align with the more strict GDPR regulations. Please let me know what you can offer as an attorney as far as ensuring legal compliance here.
