Influencer & Cold Outreach Manager for AI Accelerator Bootcamp (Remote, U.S.-based) About Us: We’re launching a high-impact AI Accelerator Bootcamp designed for entrepreneurs and professionals who want to future-proof their careers and businesses. Now, we’re looking for a smart, resourceful, and action-oriented person to help us fill our next cohort. What You’ll Do: Research and identify influencers (on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) who align with our audience. Pitch partnership opportunities (affiliate deals, paid collabs, or co-marketing) to influencers. Strategically manage a cold email campaign targeting coaches and educators Use tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or Mailshake (or suggest your own!) to launch, track, and optimize outreach. Test and refine email copy, subject lines, and call-to-actions for highest conversion. Keep us updated with progress reports and key metrics (opens, replies, meetings booked, etc.). What You Bring: Proven experience running cold outreach and/or influencer campaigns. Excellent copywriting and communication skills (you write like a human, not a template). Resourcefulness — you know how to find great leads quickly and get responses. Strong understanding of audience psychology and positioning. Based in the U.S. with availability to begin immediately. Bonus if you have: Experience working with coaching, tech, or education brands. Relationships with micro/mid-tier influencers or coaches. Familiarity with affiliate and performance-based partnerships. This is for you if...
