We’re a fast-moving growth agency that partners with B2B SaaS and services companies to scale outbound, inbound, and paid acquisition. Now, we’re looking for a senior-level marketing pro to help lead and execute digital campaigns across multiple client projects. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who can think strategically and get things done—across content, campaigns, and paid channels. We have different needs pop up with different clients, so may be looking for one-off support depending on the client (hourly as needed) What You’ll Do • Plan and manage multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, email, and more • Build and manage content calendars including blogs, social posts, email, sales collateral, and landing pages • Develop demand generation strategies that support both top-of-funnel awareness and pipeline goals • Create, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels as needed (primarily LI) • Collaborate with internal designers, copywriters, and account leads to execute and refine campaign strategies -- or produce the creative yourself • Build marketing strategy briefs/proposals to get client buy-in, then share campaign performance, insights, etc. ongoing What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in a B2B digital marketing role, ideally within an agency or high-growth SaaS company • Proven experience running demand gen programs that drive measurable pipeline and leads • Strong grasp of paid social (especially LinkedIn Ads) and content-driven marketing • Confident owning campaigns end-to-end from strategy to execution to reporting • Bonus if you’ve managed freelancers, vendors, or creative teams • Comfortable working async and moving quickly in a remote environment You don’t need to be an expert in every channel, but you should be confident leading marketing campaigns and juggling multiple projects at once.
