We are The Costigan Group, a growing real estate team in Nashville, TN, specializing in short-term rental buyers, sellers, and residential real estate. We are looking for a Facebook Ads expert to help set up, test, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns and a sales funnel to generate more leads. I am tech-savvy and will take over the campaigns once we identify the winning ads and funnel structure. Your role will focus on setting up, testing, and optimizing the initial campaigns for scalability. Key Responsibilities: Strategically set up Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns targeting short-term rental investors, home buyers, and sellers Design and implement a proven lead generation sales funnel Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages Optimize for lead quality and conversion, not just quantity Set up and integrate landing pages, lead forms, and automation for lead capture (CRM integration preferred) Provide a clear handoff process so I can efficiently manage and scale the campaigns once they are dialed in Ideal Candidate: Proven experience running high-performing Facebook Ads for real estate lead generation Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation Skilled in ad copywriting, creative strategy, and performance tracking Familiar with real estate CRMs and lead nurturing automation Ability to set up a scalable system that I can easily take over Project Goal: We want to quickly identify the best-performing ads and funnel setup for real estate lead generation. Once we have proven results, I will take over the daily management of the campaigns.
