Job Type: Temporary (Potential for Full-Time Based on Performance) Industry: Home Improvement (Kitchen & Bath Remodeling) Location: Remote Job Description: We are a growing marketing agency specializing in Meta and Google Ads for home remodeling companies. We’re looking for a skilled Paid Ads Specialist who can create high-converting ad creatives and compelling ad copy. This role will start as a temporary position, but if you deliver strong results, there is potential for a long-term, full-time role. Responsibilities: Create and manage high-performing Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Design ad creatives (images/videos) that engage and convert. Write ad copy that attracts quality leads. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. (Preferred but not required): Web development (WordPress, Webflow) & SEO skills. Requirements: Proven Meta & Google Ads experience (certifications preferred). Strong ad creative and copywriting skills. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software. Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance. Excellent English communication skills. Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required): Experience with landing pages and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). Web development and coding (WordPress, Webflow, etc). SEO knowledge (on-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization).
