We are seeking an experienced PPC Ads & Google Shopping Manager to oversee and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Merchant Center. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, bid strategies, product feed optimization, and data-driven decision-making to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while scaling campaigns effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping, and Merchant Center. Optimize product feeds in Merchant Center, ensuring compliance with Google’s policies and improving data quality. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments to enhance campaign performance. Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide data-driven recommendations. Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Manage negative keyword lists and campaign exclusions to minimize wasted spend. Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives. Stay updated with Google Ads policies, industry trends, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge. Generate performance reports, track KPIs, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Requirements & Qualifications: Proven experience managing Google Ads, Shopping, and Merchant Center campaigns. Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Experience with feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch) is a plus. Expertise in bid strategy optimization and campaign scaling techniques. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is preferred. Google Ads certification (preferred but not required).
