This is not just a marketing gig — it’s a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who understands how to architect influence, build trust at scale, and drive leads for high-ticket offers ($4K–$10K+). We’re looking for a Strategic Growth Director (Fractional CMO) who can operate at a senior level to help us: • Build and optimize our sales funnel (application-based model) • Lead the creation of a high-converting VSL • Direct our ad strategy (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) • Shape the founder’s brand authority through content strategy • Oversee our core marketing team (ad buyer, funnel builder, copywriter, video editor, social media) About Us: We are The Dietrich Institute, offering our flagship program TRUE 365 Relationship Mastery — a transformational program for men who want to reclaim their relationships without sacrificing ambition. Led by entrepreneur and coach Tino Dietrich, this is a movement, not a standard coaching brand. What You’ll Do: • Build & optimize funnels, VSL flows, landing pages, and nurture sequences • Define & track KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, App-to-Call, Call-to-Sale) • Shape messaging strategy & emotional storytelling content • Collaborate with PR and podcast teams for authority building • Lead strategic decision-making around ad spend, creative testing, and conversion goals Requirements: • Proven experience scaling high-ticket coaching or consulting programs • Deep understanding of conversion psychology, funnel flows, and performance ads • Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams • Ability to translate founder voice into compelling, emotionally charged brand narratives • Strategic mindset with strong execution oversight • Familiarity with platforms like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Meta Ads Bonus Points For: • Background in personal development, coaching, or relationship transformation brands • Experience designing and optimizing VSL-driven funnels • Authority-building / positioning strategy expertise Engagement Terms: • 15–20 hours/week to start (contract/fractional consultant role) • 3-month runway with performance-based continuation • Flexible collaboration with our internal COO + delivery team To apply please submit: - Your most relevant work samples (funnels, ad strategy docs, VSLs, brand content, etc.) - A short note describing your growth methodology - Optional: a Loom video (max 2 min) pitching your approach to scaling founder-led brands
