Copywriter for 2-3 min Creative Company Brand Video

I'm looking to collaborate with a super-creative copywriter for a company brand video. I want our video to be patterned after this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6a3b9NBCvg&t=17s. And may be also inspired by this video: https://youtu.be/s4EDKG-3YaY?si=ViiUiTocVTMkRqWP The company we're profiling has a fantastic brand, super-creative and fun CEOs, and an amazing company culture. Meaning, they have the story that is worth being told this way. I'm looking for a creative writer that is not only able to pull the story out of the brand, but also be very captivating and entertaining to the viewers, and also someone that can SEE the story. I'm looking for a couple little creative zingers in the script, playful comments that connect the narration to the employees on screen. Depending on how you work, ideally I would love someone that is able to help (or completely direct) the visual concepts of the story as well. You will be supplied all branding materials and branding communication guides, along with audio/video from an upcoming discovery conversation with their key stakeholders to draw out the elements for this brand story: mission, values, people, culture, stories/people to highlight. Without getting in to too many details, the company manufactures a consumable product, and then provides both retail and wholesale services. Along with their wholesale, they provide awesome business-building services to help their customers grow and succeed. It's really cool stuff. In terms of process, I'm open to working with you on developing the process, but here's what I imagine: Step 1 - I deliver all materials for your research and beginning. Step 2 - We have 4 weeks for copywriting before presenting a rough draft to the client. I'd love to have an internal round of review/revisions before ultimately having a draft to the client. Also, ideally I'd love to be able to deliver 2-3 script options to the client. They don't have to be entirely unique, but I'd love to offer a couple different options and choices to empower the client. Step 3 - Revisions - After presenting to the client for review, we'll probably have a week or so to make any adjustments to submit a second draft based on feedback. Step 4 - Final revisions - based on final feedback, you'll incorporate final revisions and deliver a final script. Regarding pay, let me know your hourly rate. And any way to estimate a range of hours on the project, or ballpark total cost? I don't have an unlimited budget, and just want to have a clear understanding of my possible costs from the outset. Please reply with sample scripts (or completed videos) of your work, showing projects you've written for.
