Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Dropshipping Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads. Your role will be crucial in driving sales, testing products, and scaling winning campaigns. Responsibilities & Deliverables: Research and create high-performing ad creatives (videos, images, and ad copy). Set up and manage ad campaigns for new and existing dropshipping products. Optimize campaigns for the best Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad placements. Analyze ad performance and provide reports with key insights. Stay updated with platform changes, ad policies, and new marketing trends. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience running Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads for dropshipping stores. Strong understanding of ad copywriting, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies. Ability to analyze ad performance data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere is a plus). Familiarity with Shopify and landing page optimization. Ability to troubleshoot ad account bans and navigate policy changes. How We Work: We prefer clear and data-driven communication—weekly performance reports and insights are expected. You should be proactive in testing new strategies and suggesting improvements. We appreciate transparency—if a campaign isn’t working, we want to know your plan for fixing it. Our team values quick turnaround times for ad creatives and campaign setups.
