A boutique marketing agency led by a strategist (that’s me!) who develops the overarching plans and writes much of the core content for our clients. We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Social Media & Content Specialist to help us bring these strategies to life across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with me to understand each client’s goals, target audiences (both referral sources and end users), and marketing strategy. Your role will be to turn our plans and content into polished, engaging social media calendars — handling visuals, captions, scheduling, publishing, and reporting. If you love creating smart, professional content and want to help small businesses and service providers grow, this is the role for you! Your Responsibilities: - Collaborate with me to understand client strategies and content direction - Transform provided content into - monthly social media calendars - eye-catching graphics, infographics, and short-form videos (like Reels) in Canva - compelling, on-brand captions for each post - Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn - Monitor engagement - Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights Who You Are: - Proactive, detail-oriented, and a great communicator - Experienced with B2B social media marketing (bonus if you’ve worked with service-based businesses) - Skilled in Canva for creating professional-quality content - Comfortable writing captions that balance creativity with brand voice and strategy - Familiar with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or native scheduling platforms) - Able to interpret basic social media analytics and suggest improvements - Bonus: Experience with light video editing for Reels/short-form videos - Bonus: Some familiarity with content for industries like financial services, professional services, or small businesses/entrepreneurship What Success Looks Like: - Posts are consistently published on time and reflect our strategic goals - Visuals and captions feel cohesive with the client’s brand - Engagement and reach improve over time - You take ownership of the content flow, keeping everything running smoothly without constant oversight Hours & Scope: - Part-time, ongoing (estimated 10–15 hours/month to start, with room to grow) - Fully remote - Flexible schedule, but must be responsive to feedback and deadlines To Apply: Please include: - A brief note on why you’re a great fit for this role - Links to social media accounts you’ve managed or a portfolio of social content you’ve created - Confirmation of your experience with Canva and scheduling tools - Any results or wins you’re proud of from previous work
