We’re looking for a U.S.-based content creator and social media manager to help grow our nostalgic Hip-Hop and R&B music trivia game across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This is a part-time, monthly-paid role focused on creating original content, posting regularly, engaging with the community, and reaching out to influencers. You must be able to film and appear in the content yourself—including 1 street interview video per week (e.g. finish-the-lyrics or trivia-style challenges with real people). You should also be comfortable with outreach, editing, and building a consistent brand voice. Monthly Deliverables: • 16 original videos per month (4 per week) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook • At least 1 per week must be a street-style interview video • 12 Instagram/Facebook Story days per month (3 per week) • 8 static image posts per month (product shots, memes, quote posts, or carousels) • Daily or near-daily community engagement (responding to DMs, comments, reposting tags, etc.) • 15–20 influencer/community outreach messages per week for giveaways, reposts, or collaborations Requirements: • Must be located in the United States (no exceptions) • Must be able to film and appear in your own content • Experience creating engaging social media content and growing accounts • Comfortable doing on-camera street interviews • Skilled with mobile video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc.) • Bonus: Experience working with games, music, or pop culture brands Compensation: • $1,000–$1,250/month flat rate depending on experience • Bonuses available based on performance and growth
