We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads Expert to help scale our eCommerce brand. If you know how to craft scroll-stopping creatives, build high-converting ad campaigns, and drive real ROI, we want to work with you! Your Role Will Include: Setting up and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns Creating engaging ad creatives and copy that resonate with our target audience Audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience setup Analyzing performance data and optimizing for ROAS Running A/B tests to refine messaging and creatives Providing weekly performance reports and recommendations What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing eCommerce ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok Deep understanding of ad platforms, pixels, tracking, and conversion funnels Creative mindset for ad visuals and short-form video content Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions Experience with Shopify or eCommerce stores (preferred) Nice to Have: Experience working with UGC or influencer content Knowledge of email marketing or other paid platforms (Google, Pinterest, etc.) To Apply, Please Include: A few examples of campaigns you’ve worked on and the results you achieved Your process for launching and scaling ad campaigns Any tools or software you use for reporting, ad creative, or tracking
