Who is 64 Robots? Founded in 2016, 64 Robots is a full service software agency focused on creating beautiful, clean Vue.js single page applications with a Laravel backend. We like to think of ourselves as an extension of our customer’s teams. Whether that’s building an AAA product, consulting on their business and marketing needs, or helping them pitch to an investor, we are deeply invested in our customer’s success. We've grown considerably in our 8+ years and we are working on a number of diverse projects. We are a small agency — with a staff of around 30 people, including 2 designers and 2 project managers, we’re looking at bringing in a Project Manager to help us manage our increasing workload. Requirements We currently have multiple projects (10 hours total per week) we need assistance managing. For the right person, this role could grow into a full time project management position. Working closely with our founders to understand and execute our vision with clients Maintaining open lines of communication and acting as the conduit between our clients and the development team. Collaborating with both teams to execute the project’s vision Managing the backlog for your assigned projects. Creating well defined requirements and prioritizing the customer’s needs appropriately Creating and communicating well thought out, reasonable timelines to customers to create trust in our team Being able to work with developers to understand their needs and translate them Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who may not come from a traditional project management background—but who has the core qualities we know make a great PM. You might have a background in operations, education, customer success, team coordination, or something entirely different but If you're an excellent communicator, highly organized, and thrive in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you. This is an ideal role for someone who’s excited to grow into a project management position within a fast-moving tech company. You: Are a clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal Have great attention to detail and keep things organized, even when juggling many tasks Know how to manage your time and work independently Are comfortable handling and resolving conflict with empathy and professionalism Build rapport quickly and maintain strong, respectful client relationships Are naturally curious and eager to learn more about software, tech, and team collaboration Love wearing multiple hats and thrive in a collaborative, remote work environment Salary & Hours: Hourly rate of $30-$45 (depending on experience) This position would start at 10 - 15 hours per week as that’s what the projects require now, but could grow Please respond with a brief explanation of why you think you’d be a good fit for the job.
