We are seeking articulate, confident communicators to join our fast-growing remote sales team. This is a fully remote, performance-driven role with no cap on earning potential. If you enjoy speaking to people and are motivated by results, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing: - Calling warm leads already assigned to you (no cold calling) - Speaking to candidates who have shown interest in our career programmes - Explaining the opportunity, answering questions, and booking them into the next stage - Accurately updating call outcomes and notes in our CRM How You’ll Be Paid: - £3 per completed call (each call averages ~7 minutes) - You’ll receive 100 leads per month as standard = £300 monthly base - That’s equivalent to earning ~£25 per hour based on call times - No cap on lead volume – if you’re good, we can assign 200, 300, 400 or even 500+ calls - Bonuses paid on conversions, with up to £40 per conversion possible depending on tier - All bonuses are stacked on top of your per-call rate Why This Role is Ideal: - 100% remote – work from anywhere - No fixed hours – work evenings, weekends or during the day - Simple CRM to track your calls, performance, and bonus eligibility - Bonuses visible in a live tracker so you can monitor your monthly performance Who This is For: - Confident speakers who enjoy phone-based conversations - Motivated individuals who want flexibility and high earning potential - People who want to sharpen their sales skills and be rewarded for results
