Position Overview: We are seeking a driven, personable, and strategic Sales Executive to spearhead our expansion efforts and build meaningful relationships with key decision-makers across the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of tenacity, creativity, and interpersonal skills, enabling them to define new territories for growth, engage with decision makers, and secure partnerships that will encourage real estate agents and brokerages to choose Digital Homes for their marketing needs. A quick note: This isn't an email sales position where we can set up sales funnels and call it a day. This is more of a B2C situation where you'll likely be schedule and having meeting with managers at real estate brokerages and top producing teams to negotiate deals on our services. As we pick territories for expansion, you'll have to work along side our Media Pro recruiter so that we can hire and sell in tandem. OUR TARGET CLIENTS ARE REPEAT CLIENTS! We hope to establish connections with real estate agents that lasts for years to come. -- Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to identify and penetrate new markets within the real estate industry. Proactively reach out to potential clients, including real estate brokerage firms, managers, marketing directors, and owners, through direct emails, calls, social media and Zoom meetings. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and how Digital Homes can serve as the solution. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client satisfaction. Plan, orchestrate, and manage email campaigns geared towards engaging existing and prospective clients. Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams on market trends, challenges, and opportunities. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
