We’re looking for a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join us, a growth-focused digital agency helping brands scale through smart performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms, with a strong focus on ROAS, efficiency, and continuous testing. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to launch, analyze, and scale paid media campaigns across a variety of industries — from eCommerce to tech and service-based businesses. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of paid media strategy, loves diving into data, and can communicate insights clearly to both clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing, and more • Develop testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding models • Track key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates • Generate insights and recommendations backed by performance data • Collaborate with designers and strategists to align messaging and creative • Provide clear performance reports and strategic next steps for clients Requirements: • 2–4+ years managing paid campaigns with proven results • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4 • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Experience with eCommerce and lead gen funnels • Familiarity with creative testing and landing page optimization • Bonus: Knowledge of Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, and Looker Studio
